Communication was slow and inconsistent. I received 2 messages via email noting that I would receive a phone call and never did. When I finally called, the person I spoke with seemed surprised that I received the emails I did.

3 defects were left in bumper valance we thought were in include in repair. We did show the defect and were told they were going to be contacting insurance and us about coverage.

The local people were great! The car, returned washed & cleaned, was great. I disliked the Corporate Office texts which conflicted with the local New Franken shop texts. The Corporate text stated it would be ready until April 27th, when it was ready on the 23rd. We almost rented a car unnecessarily.

local shop was easy to deal with. communication between the local shop and the 800 group wasn't the same. we left the vehicle at the shop after the estimate but the 800 CS people called to schedule an appointment. maybe they missed something in our records??
