It would have been nice to get periodic updates of status. We were told a week and a half but it took almost 2 weeks but if I wouldn’t have called to check I was not told of the change. A quick text or call/message would have been helpful.

These guys (and gal at the desk) are THE BEST! They were so nice whenever I called to ask how things were going. They explained things and did an excellent job. They returned the car to me in spotless condition. I would definitely go to them again and will recommend them to friends. Thanks!!

I would recommend them to friends, without hesitation! They were SO nice, and anytime I called for an update, they were just super friendly. I got my car back in perfect condition and it was spotlessly clean. I'm happy to give them a perfect 10+++!
