There is not a rating high enough to give for the level of service we received from Dalton Van and the entire team. Our vehicle was at the shop for 4+ months awaiting a back ordered part. It felt like Dalton went well above and beyond what I would have expected from a collision center from working with my insurance company and the manufacturer directly to try to find a solution. He was extremely professional and always willing to answer my questions about a difficult situation that required a lot of planning for me to pick up the vehicle. It is how I would expect someone to work on a project for a family or friend. I cannot say enough good things about the entire team.

Better communication on the timeline for completion. I was without my truck for three weeks, I’m lucky enough to have a company vehicle. Overall I’m satisfied with work, truck was detailed and in great condition. Timeline changed three times for pickup. I would recommend caliber.
