I would not recommend the new Franken location and have had prior better experience at the caliber collision in Howard. Would recommend the Howard location

It took my husband to go in to get the job done after my vehicle was there for a week for pretty minimal repairs. The vehicle was there for 9 days total and they were planning on keeping it an additional 3 to 4 days.
