I didn't like the low-ball first estimate, literally forcing me to choose Caliber over my preferred shop. Then the final cost was very close to my preferred shop estimate. Un fair advantage seems to me. I was, in the end happy with the job Caliber did, the time frame and the cleaning of my truck

Had high expectations based on reputation and you exceeded even those. Knowledgeable, efficient, and convenient. Was particularly impressed by the totally unexpected interior cleaning. Excluding the damaged area, my vehicle ended in better condition than it started.
