The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. From when I walk into the doors they were very detailed. Once the process of repairing my vehicle started I got updated along the way. I never received any updates on the vehicle progress. When they told me it was done there was still a dent in the bumper circled in green marker. Then when they repaired that they never plugged in my fog lights.

There seems to be a rattling noise. Also questionable around wheel well.

Disappointed in the communication with estimated time of repair. I had brought my vehicle in ahead of time but repair start seemed delayed. Only communication came from my contact to them. I felt like repairs should have started sooner after drop off and I should have been contacted.
