Give expected completion updates. I called 8/17 to see if it would be ready before 8/20 and was told that was still the expected completion date. Two hours later I got an email that it was ready for pickup.

They did a really good job. Communication was great. Allen was my point of contact. He was definitely the best when you come into the office they take care of you with snacks and refreshments. My kids had a ball while we were doing the paperwork. I would definitely recommend them for any type of Body and paint work.

Absolutely would recommend, looks like I never even got into an accident, the only reminder of my accident, is my increase in insurance rates :(. Being able to bring back the car in case I notice something later that was not done right or might’ve been overlooked is very relieving. Life is good

Getting repairs on cars have been a pain, but caliber collision in Newport News and Williamsburg have made it so easy, and absolutely worthwhile for the customer. The updates directly sent about what repairs have been done on the app. To the employees assisting me from both locations have been amazing. I can’t recommend both places enough. Thank you to 317 bypass road, and 9907 Jefferson ave employees for making this experience easy for me.
