I’ve had them fix my car after two collisions and both felt like long repair times that went beyond the initial estimate and caused a bit of upheaval to my life. To be fair, I’ve not been anywhere else for collision repair and I hope to not have to have need for any future collision repair, so it could be standard timing and I hate to be too critical when I just don’t know what is realistic.

Great work, very communicative and easy to work with. It did take a while and then right after they said it would be done soon, a part was wrong and they had to have my car longer which was disappointing since that issue happened on a Friday, but they handled that quickly and I got my car back the end of the day Monday, so about as quick as I could hope.
