The customer service was fantastic, they kept me informed of the progress of the repair to my vehicle. I would highly recommend this center to all my friends for their repair needs. Even with the challenges that were faced with back order parts and back log on repairs. The customer service at this shop was impeccable! Great Service! Great Work!

Their Customer service was impeccable, they kept me informed with the progress of the repair, they were even willing to meet me on a Saturday when they were closed due to my work schedule and not being able to pick up my repaired vehicle before they closed on Friday. I would highly recommend this shop for all repair needs!

Every person at Caliber who had a hand in repairing my car did an awesome job. The office staff was professional and courteous, the body repair technician did great work, and the painter matched my car’s color very well. They were able to repair my car quickly and made the process a breeze, including using the rental company. I’d especially like to brag on Ryan, the estimator at the shop. He’s smart, skilled, kept me well informed, and is very handsome to boot.
