Ryan was super helpful in making sure I understood the process, when he heard I couldn’t get a rental, he did everything possible to make sure I got my car back in a timely fashion. Caliber was fast and efficient in repairing my car. Highly recommend!

Jessica and Chris were really kind to me; always asking me if I needed anything; and helping if they could! RYAN!!! He was soooooo AWESOME!!! There were a lot of hiccups dealing with the insurance company of the person who hit my vehicle but he stayed ON them! He stayed in contact with me so much, so I could know what’s going on, that I feel like he’s family now! Lol….. He even called to set up my rental! Everyone was in touch with us on the repairs! Everyone was friendly an went above and out of there way to calling car rental ...not to mention they stayed on hold for 30 min just to help me get a rental! Job was wonderful on fixing my wife’s car !

Very happy with the work that you did understand it took a while to get parts and there was issues with that so that explains the time and do you have the lights on the radio weren’t working but that’s not a dealbreaker and I did see a couple dents on the underneath the drivers door that weren’t there before that neither of us noticed better than that great truck runs awesome

All Caliber team members I had contact with were professional, helpful, and friendly, all at the same time. They worked with me and the insurance company. They kept me updated regarding when the parts had come in, and once the parts were in, fixed my vehicle in a very timely manner. I'm so glad to have my vehicle back looking brand new again...it was even vacuumed! I will definitely recommend Caliber Collision to my friends.
