The car was beautifully repaired but it sure took a long time. Based on pandemic-created shortage of parts, this was not a real reason to be unhappy. Our contact, Ryan, did an excellent job of keeping us up to date on the repairs.

Ryan took care of us from beginning to end with texts about the progress of our 2015 Toyota Tacoma PU. We were very pleased with the repairs and beautiful paint job of the hood. This is Ms. Niswander. This is my car. The Colonel was not involved. I experienced repeated delays with my repair. Either parts needed were not noticed, wrong parts came in, correct bumper with chrome grill could not be found and so on. I was told my vehicle would be ready an entire weak before it was actually ready. I was out of town and was informed the bumper that was on it could not be found. I needed my vehicle for work. I said please just fix my car. Workmanship I guess is fine, but the appearance of this bumper..very disappointing. I should not have agreed to this sight unseen. Staff was friendly, kept me informed, but the appearance of the vehicle really not the car I expected to see.
