there’s a tape attached to the bumper, both corners of the bumper still stinking out and there’s a bubble on the right side of the bumper

They (Georgetown) supposed to called me for an update of my vehicle but they never did. I ended up calling them and stopping by to get the updated, but in Nicholasville they keep me informed. Furthermore, In Georgetown shop sent my vehicle to Nicholasville shop to get my vehicle fixed without my consent, I didn’t check or initial that box about my vehicle being sent somewhere else

Great communication from Caliber about the nature of the repairs needed and how long it would take. When there was a minor parts delay Ryan was very efficient at letting me know about the new timeline. Actual work on car looks immaculate! Thanks

Ryan was very nice and helpful. I just had a simple repair and he took good care of me and my equinox. I was quite a pain in the rear and he let me reschedule and met my timing needs.
