I’ve been out of town and just got back. The car looks good but I haven’t had a chance to drive it as it was brought back to me at 10pm with a dead battery and I was leaving the next morning. The towing delivery driver was kind enough to get the car into my garage. I had to leave the next morning. I will complete your survey after I get a new battery and can drive the car.

My son and I were very pleased with Caliber Collision repair. From the beginning to the day we picked up our car. All the updates and friendly messages from Heather were very helpful. I am very happy with the repairs to my Toyota Camry, the car is as good as new, the customer service was exceptional, from the updates sent to me, to the personalized interaction by the office staff, and service advisor to the owner. The repairs were performed very timely, and this on top of these people dealing with the effects of a cat5 hurricane, they are amazing. I would highly recommend them all

Caliber Collision did an outstanding job with the repairs to our 2021 Toyota Tundra. They were very polite, very professional, and kept us informed on everything concerning our repairs. They also kept us informed on the damage they received from Hurricane Ian and the timeline for when their shop would be up and running again. I will recommend Caliber to everyone.
