Would have been a 10 but you failed to install the mechanism to lift and lower my backseat. You merely screwed in the housing and it is still stuck in the upright position

Dan and Allie at Caliber Collision were a godsend! They were respectful, extremely informative and helpful. This was my first traffic accident and I felt uncomfortable and lost. My husband of 64 years past away 2 years ago and he took care of our car repairs. So I can’t say enough about their help. The cleanliness of the office and the professional care of me and my car along with the advice on how to arrange car rental, what to do next, was a welcome relief. My Progressive agent was unavailable to me which made Dan and Allie’s assistance and encouragement so important.. My car looks and runs great. I am proud of my Camry after the “surgery” Caliber Collision performed on it.
