Matt and the team at Caliber made what could've been a stressful experience an easy one. They helped me through every step of the process about calling insurance and car rental as well as making sure to stay in communication with where my car was in the process of being fixed. Caliber Collison from start to finish was the BEST experience! Matt in the front office is so personable and explains everything in at the start and keeps you updated weekly on the status of the car! Getting in an accident is not ideal, but Caliber Collision made the process so easy in fixing my car right up!!

Dropped car off on a Monday and never heard from anyone for 1 week. When I called 800 number (waited a long time on hold) the person who answered my call stated he was not at the service area where car was and could not answer when car will be completed ( call number was stated as a 24/7 oh number) Now I understand it is out of state. Called the next day - they stated that they were trying to reach me…. But they told me they were calling a 216-514-xxxx number. That is not my number.
