After repairs my car looked awesome. The damaged side locked like new and as if no damage existed. A real nice touch to this was that my car was washed and dried by hand and looked sparkly in the sunshine. Even on the inside it looked much better and cleaner than before. The team did all above and beyond to make me ( new customer) feel happy and satisfied.

Customer service was great. I was greeted with a smile right away and looked like I was taking care of right away in a warm friendly manner. All my questions and concerns were professionally addressed. While waiting for the loner car I was offered beverages. They made me feel very comfortable and assured me that my car is in the best hands.

The staff at the shop were really great - stayed in communication about the repairs, and helped me save a few days of rental car fees (since I was paying out of pocket) by strategizing when to bring the car in (a Monday instead of Friday) and then working to get the car done by the end of the day on a Friday to avoid weekend fees. I was very happy with their service.

We had excessive delays due to you breaking the mirror you were replacing. Also on the first visit you wanted to keep our car while waiting for parts to be painted etc. if we would have left our car there we would have not had it for over a month. This was a simple Repair and should not have been such an issue
