Door was reading ajar following the accident. This was causing a very loud alarm to ring. After 3 weeks of repairs I picked up the vehicle and the noise was not fixed. The shop was unwilling to aide in the repair as they did not think there was any indication the alarm was caused by the accident. The alarm was not present prior to the accident—and began following the accident. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of detail to an issue I had explicitly stated as a primary issue following the accident.

I did not like the fact that I had to actually call for updates on my car while being there 3 weeks. I paid out of pocket for a rental and would of been nice to have some kind of update rather than going about it myself. Also having an old car they did do a great job on the repairs just wish I would of had some more communication.

Mechanic work-mostly great except that they broke something and my completion date was prolonged because of it. Customer service - pretty terrible. I never got an update unless I called myself to ask for one. When I called, got 2-3 word answers from Laurie and whoever the reception was. Multiple times I called and it would go to voicemail after 3 min of ringing and no answer. Only ever got a call back if I called multiple times. Documented the wrong odometer reading multiple times even after I asked them to correct it. Final reading of the odometer was correct, but now I will not be able to sell this car without of a fraudulent CarFax report that I have to speak to because of Caliber Autbobody’s grossly incompetent and false body repair report. Can write more because of this surveys limit. Will put this on Google Reviews. 2/5 stars at best.
