I would stick with my shop that I know in Oswego. I really like them so using caliber collision wasn’t helpful from the start. I shouldn’t have let the claims rep talk me out of using my trusted shop near me.

There was no wind shield wiper fluid in the rental car and the roads were slushy throwing up slush on the windshield making it difficult to see

The only issue I had was the length of time it took for such a small repair. I had to call the shop five days after I dropped my vehicle off because I saw it sitting outside in the same spot in which I parked it. Once I called it was brought in but then it still took weeks to finish. The people were very nice about everything but it’s sad that the insurance company had to pay for a rental for almost a full month with such a small repair.

so far so good, with the weather, it is hard to inspect it itis so cold outside and the car is rather dirty, too cold to wash it right now!
