It was a pleasure working with Jamie at Caliber on Taft Rd. As soon as we got through the red tape to begin repairs, it’s was done in less time that I thought it would be and work was excellent. Jamie corresponded with me on a regular basis to let me what stage they were at in regards to the repairs.

The attention to detail is quite poor. The plastic under the fender was clipped in but wasn't tucked into the fender and I had to remove the clips and reinstall it properly myself. Also, the rubber seal above the fender and next to the window was installed at the wrong angle and the back part of it is sticking up and flapping around when it should sit flush. I'm not sure how to fix that myself so I'll reach out to the insurance if I don't hear back from you here.

While the fender was replaced the plastic under it was not tucked into the fender properly and was dangling. Also, the seal above the fender which prevents water from getting in wasn't installed properly and is falling off. Just really lazy work.

I called multiple times to see what was being done with my vehicle and I was told they would call me back to inform me of what was found in the initial inspection. No one ever did.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received. From the very start, they kept me updated every couple of days, making sure I knew exactly where things stood with the repair. They were right on time with the completion, and when it came back, it looked like it was fresh off the lot! Debbie was fantastic—always in communication and quick to answer any questions I had. The entire team made me feel like I was their top priority, which really stood out. Every call made me feel like I was number one.
