I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received. From the very start, they kept me updated every couple of days, making sure I knew exactly where things stood with the repair. They were right on time with the completion, and when it came back, it looked like it was fresh off the lot! Debbie was fantastic—always in communication and quick to answer any questions I had. The entire team made me feel like I was their top priority, which really stood out. Every call made me feel like I was number one. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality work and outstanding customer service!

Very pleased. Repairs were completed ahead of schedule. Staff friendly and kept me informed of their progress. I was also able to leave my rental car with them, which was very convenient.

The overall process from start to finish was as good as it gets. I was well informed throughout the entire repair. Being able to return my rental to Caliber when picking up my car, saved me having to find someone to help me.

The women at the front desk were fantastic. They treated me very well and honestly it was relieving. They were also very pleasant to talk to on the phone, all of the communication I received was friendly and informative. The car itself looks great, if I didn't know what had happened I wouldn't ever think it had been in an accident.

From the day of the accident until I picked up the car today, all staff with whom I interacted were concerned with my well-being first. I never doubted that they were going to do the best job possible to put me at ease. They performed remarkably. I never had to call to see where they were in the process. They kept me informed from day one. When I picked up my vehicle today I was so impressed with the work they did to rehab my car. I was also surprised by the final cost which was less than half of the estimate sent to by my insurance company. Jami and the entire staff are the best. Trust me…Trust the.
