Staff was super friendly and good communication. However, they did take almost a month to complete the job, and when I picked it up, there was some black adhesive still on the door jam. When I pointed it out, it took the guy another 20+ minutes to find the right solution to remove it. Also, some of the silver paint used for the repair splashed onto the tire and wheel below the fender they were working on. Not a big deal but that lack of attention to fine detail just seemed par for the course for this job. Definitely good enough for me and my 10 year old RAV4, but I probably wouldn’t recommend this shop to someone driving a fancy car.

The staff was amazing! The communication was perfect. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They all were welcoming and engaging whether they were part of my repair or not!! Best of all, my car looks great and it was done a day earlier than projected!!
