My experience with the team at the North Syracuse location was a very kind and pleasant experience. They were very supportive and helpful throughout the whole process of fixing the issues that I was having with my vehicle. Also I would like to mention Jamie. She was very, pleasant to work with she was understanding and accommodating with the problem that needed to be addressed with my vehicle. I cannot thank you're staff at this location enough for bringing my vehicle back to feeling safe and driving smoothly. You have an amazing team. Thank you everyone.

Everyone at Caliber Collision was Exceptional. Jamie, Deborah, & Craig have done work on 3 of our vehicles. The attention to detail and taking time to get to know you really makes a huge difference. I would highly recommend the repair work was exceptional as well. Every phase of the repair estimate to completion was better than I expected. They are careful to make sure that they give realistic time frames for repair work and always exceeded, my expectations!

When I called for a quote Caliber saw me and quoted the same day. Being in an accident is quite traumatic but they have been doing this a long time and are very professional. Glad I have them in my area, I will use them again if needed.
