My car’s repair was fully repaired. Caliber even replaced two item which may have failed in the future, due to the impact. Caliber communicated well during the process and I knew the car’s status the entire time. Rental drop off was easy and Caliber took care of closing out the rental (while my car was being repaired). Friendly people and a good all/around experience.

Caliber did a fantastic job repairing my Jeep! Being my first experience having body work done on a vehicle, I couldn't be more satisfied with the results! Their 5 Star rating is right on the money! They handled everything from the minute I walked through their door! Fantastic service and every staff member was awesome! I was happy with the repair well done! I did like the texts but I do wish there was pictures of certain steps of the repair with just a little info As I did see a spot for photos but I never seen any But the repair was done and I am happy and thank you very much for all the texts and phone calls between us everyone was nice to talk to. If I ever need help with body repair I certainly will be happy to return!!
