I chose this particular Caliber Collision because I knew the reputation of the business before it became Caliber. Same people, same great service. They did what they could within their control to make it a good experience (there’s only so much control one has over parts deliveries). They also gave me a clean truck back, inside and out! I would absolutely recommend Caliber Collision to anyone. I just hope the Caliber located in Clifton Park NY (which is near where I live), is as good as the team in Syracuse.

I cannot say enough good things about the team in Syracuse. Craig, Debbi and the entire team that worked on my car. Debbi and Craig kept me informed as to how things were going, as I live 2 hours away. The people who worked on my car, I cannot thank enough. They did an amazing job, and I never thought my car would look that good again. It was only 3 years old with only 3600 miles on it at the time I met the deer that awful day :)

The mechanic went above and beyond my repairs. My car was hit by a deer, yes you read that right. This man must have spent hours vacuuming all the glass out! All the body damage is gone and my new window is working perfectly! The woman at the front desk was also top drawer in customer service. Great crew!! Def worth the wait.
