You really need to work on the combinations to your customers so they know what's happening and make your promise dates real. I got message from want I was told was "corporate" telling me to pickup my car on a date and time and my car wasn't even ready. Improve this and you will have happier customers. The repair workbooks great and I give you a 10 on that.

I understand that everyone is short-staffed, regardless of where they work or the service they provide lately. The only thing I ever expect is my car to be returned in the same condition that I left it. The bodywork of my car I have no complaints about. The outside was clean and the work looks good. The inside of my car was a mess of dust and debris. I can assure you, my car was not like that prior to dropping it off. I’ve had many good experiences at Caliber. This one I actually had to comment on.

My car was returned to me with the inside, not as I left it. I wasn’t looking for a free detail just the way it was when it came in. The inside was extremely dusty with debris all over.
