Overall excellent Svc. Just expected status updates from Caliber, even if part was delayed, without us having to follow up with Caliber first and requesting info on our car’s repairs.

Customer Svc was great once rcvd but we had to initiate. Even if repairs were delayed due to part not being rcvd on time as expected, we should have been given a status update instead of us having to follow up with Caliber. We had no updates for a full week since time of drop off. Also had to follow up with Enterprise even though it was stated our rental would be extended through Caliber’s doing. Once on the ph with Caliber, however, specifically when speaking with Matt, customer svc at this time was excellent. Would have just appreciated an update during the initial week. Once car was in shop after part was rcvd, updates were timely. And they helped us get our car back quickly as we needed it prior to going out of town.

It was an easy and seamless experience. They took care of everything! The rental was there when I drop my car off and then I was able to leave my rental car there when I picked my car back up. Very convenient! Plus, all of the staff that I dealt with were extremely nice and professional.
