Great communication- they did receive a part after I was told the work was completed though. I don’t have a lot of time during the week to go and get this put on. Hopefully I can do this at my own convenience when I have a chance.

Great job done. The only thing that I did not like is that I had to drive all the way to another branch to pick up my car instead of picking it up from the branch where it was dropped off for repairs.

Took car in fixed lower pcs cannot get a bumper at this time . In my opinion they took all parts off and put on to do a second time. . Total waste of time for what needed to be done. Not my fault for the claim. Would have been upset if I had to pay. You think they would order parts and availability before scheduling
