One thing I asked for was replacement of the turn signal bulb on the LEFT since the assembly had to be taken out anyway and its not all that easy. Git the van back and the bulb is still bad. The one I showed my rep is still on the dash

I tried to call caliber collision after pulling away and getting bout a mile down the road. I have a huge crack in my windshield that WAS NOT THERE when I dropped my car off for a rear bumper repair. When the tech gave me my car he showed me only the back bumper. I didn’t notice the crack on the passenger side near the edge until the sun hit it just right.

The drivers side mirror is an off white and the 2024 sonata is white. The trunk does not line up correctly. The right side is off centered and there is a bigger gap on the left side. The bumper cover on each side is not tight to where it has gaps.

I am more than satisfied with the job done at Caliber Collision. I have unfortunately had three instances where I have had to bring a car in and every time has been wonderful. This time it was due to an accident my daughter had. I was upset with her because the car was a disaster. Caliber Collision did a magnificent job on the car and they also cleaned it up and returned it to me in great shape. They take very special care to make sure that things are perfect and that parts being replaced are in wonderful shape. The communication will Caliber Collision has your car is wonderful because it keeps you up to date and knowing when your car will be done. I myself know that if I need anything done in the future I will be returning to this location for repairs. I have worked with Bruce every time and I have to say that he is also very wonderful to have service my cars. He is very thorough and very good at making sure things are done correctly.
