The man who helped me did an amazing job. He had great customer service, checked in daily and was very positive. They fixed it within the initial two weeks and it even drove better than before. I was very impressed with his work and positivity.

I was completely satisfied with the customer centricity. Everyone in the office was pleasant. The person that assisted me, Stephanie aka “Steph “ was wonderful, kept me in the loop and everything with my car very informative handled my whole situation with perfection. This is my third go round with caliber collision not with the same car, but they have always been exceptional in service and with the finishing results as well. Absolutely my go to.

Stephanie was amazing! However, my experience with the woman at the front desk was disappointing. She was very rude and waited about 45 minutes before letting the Enterprise staff know I had arrived, which caused me to have to leave and come back.
