From the minute I walked into Caliber collision I was very well pleased. Stephanie graciously went over the repairs that were needed with me, and I was quoted 2/20/26 as the completion date. However, I actually was able to pick it up on 2/11/26! They also did a great job on keeping me informed and up-to-date on the progress and expectations. When I first got in the car, I was amazed to notice that all of the floor mats had been removed, washed, and put correctly back in place.(the middle seat mats had been migrating out of place so this was a special blessing). That is certainly going above and beyond to provide service. Overall, I highly recommend caliber collision for any work you may need, or desire, to be done.

My car is making a very loud noise that was never there before I came to Calibet Collision. I immediately drove back to the repair facility but was told it's dust noise. My husband inspected our brakes. He's convinced it is NOT brake dust noise. I refuse to drive this vehicle until I hear back from Geico Claims Adjuster. I'm terribly dissatisfied with this issie

Delivered my car Clean. Received it back dirty. Started hearing noise immediately after I left Caliber Body Shop. Turned around and went back to speak with my rep Stephanie. She said it was dust on wheels from sitting. It should go away. Instead it had gotten 10 times worse. Just spoke with Geico today to file a claim against Caliber I will never recommend anyone to Caliber Collision. I regret taking my vehicle there

The customer service, Judy and Stephanie were a 10 the repair could have been better. Drove home and the next morning was experiencing a really rough ride then I realized two of the tires were loose. Lugs were not torqued down.
