Phillip called everyday for status updates. That was unexpected and well appreciated. The car was complete before expected and they also cleaned the car in and out which was unexpected and well received. I would definitely recommend caliber again to anyone.

The level of service provided was outstanding. Everyone I dealt with was professional, warm and friendly. If I left a message the call was returned promptly. Phillip nor Todd ever acted too busy ( though I know they were) to answer my long list of questions. I feel like they actually cared about my needs and that, sadly, is a rare thing in this world today. It's nice to know there is still a company that cares about the customer. Thank you for making this stressful situation so much easier. I am now a loyal customer of B&R / Caliber. Oh - and last but not least, my car is BEAUTIFUL!!!! EXCELLENT work!!!
