While the paint/repair work may appear acceptable, I found multiple trim pieces and components either loose, disconnected, or not reinstalled correctly when I picked up my vehicle. Finding leftover parts and misaligned panels after repairs is unacceptable and makes me question the thoroughness of the repair and final inspection process. I expected the vehicle to be returned in fully reassembled condition without requiring me to point out missing or improperly installed parts.

After picking up my vehicle, I discovered multiple trim pieces and components that were loose, disconnected, damaged, or not properly reinstalled. These issues were not present when I dropped my vehicle off for repairs. When I brought the concerns to staff’s attention, I was told or insinuated that the vehicle was already in that condition prior to repair, which is completely inaccurate. That response was extremely frustrating and dismissive.
