From start to finish I had a great experience. Polite professionals that did their best to make me feel welcome and that I was a priority. The regular updates on my vehicle's progress kept me from wondering and feeling stressed. I wish I could work with them more often, but I don't want my car to get damaged again LOL. Honestly, my expectations were met and exceeded. Not to mention my car looks like nothing happened. I would recommend Caliber Collision to my friends, family, even people I don't know.
