The only problem I had wasn't the company fault. The bad weather caused a delay in completing my repairs. Other than that everything else was fine.

Even though parts had to be ordered three times. John kept me updated on everything and after all was said and done, the deadline was only missed by one day. First part was the wrong one, second part was broken, third part worked.
