I asked for updates on my vehicle. I had to resort to calling caliber everyday to learn what the delays were. A simple email or automatic text would have been fine. Something like we received your vehicle today, will be examined tomorrow, ordered required parts, vehicle will be completed xx/xx after 3pm

This accident occurred “mid COVID-19”, therefore 6 ft distancing, mask wearing etc. were all in place! There was also no access to the actual building... Amidst all this, I was quickly placed at ease! His demeanor was extremely professional, cordial, he was customer service oriented, and left no stone unturned. A special mention needs to be made of the woman who answered the phone! As the first point of contact, she answered multiple questions and was extremely knowledgeable
