Dale was very helpful and polite she really made me feel comfortable dropping my car off like I knew my car was in good hands after talking to Dale even down to the receptionist Tori she was very nice and understanding everybody was if I could Raises out I would give everybody a Raisex10 thank you for everything and I hope more people experience this great customer service

Excellent service from the time I bought my vehicle in . Until I pick it up everything was explain to me.They kept me informed went over all the details. Staff was very accommodating and Dale was excellent handling my claim and went over the finish touched with me. 💯 GREAT SERVICE.

I think it deserves an eight because there are some areas or I can see some dirt got underneath and I'm worried it's going to peel I know you guys are a lifetime warranty but I see some areas with dirt they got underneath the paint and also I see an area underneath the right rear tail light there's a run. But other than that it's okay and also it took longer than expected 10 days longer but I was notified twice that it was going to be longer and every single day I was notified on how things were going so I think in 8 is what I would give you guys.

Everyone that I spoke with had great customer service. I was informed every step of the way and the process was very easy. The repairs took about a week but that was in line with the original estimate. Hopefully I won’t need another repair service but if I do, I will definitely use Caliber Collision again.
