They forgot to connect a wire, so my window wouldn’t go up and down. They left a piece of molding off. I had to return to get it fixed. There were scratches on my side view mirror from the accident. They didn’t fix it. The estimater even asked me if it was from the accident. I told him it was, because it’s the truth. I think an animal like a cat got in my van while it was in the shop and sprayed in my car. They doused it with some awful cologne or something. It was so awful and strong scented. Now that the cologne or whatever is wearing off, I’m starting to smell whatever they were trying to cover up with it. I’m pretty sure it’s cat spray. I’m going to need to have the interior professionally cleaned. It smells so bad. I’ll never take any vehicle I own back to Caliber. I’m completely unhappy. I’m not someone who leaves reviews unless it’s either terrible or amazing. Caliber is terrible.

They’re friendly enough, but that doesn’t make up for how bad my vehicle smells. Or the fact that I had to come back. Or that they didn’t completely repair my vehicle.

Everyone I talked to was very nice and friendly. They explained what was happening clearly. I didn’t have to wait on hold at all which was nice. All things considered it didn’t take too long to get my car back. My only complaint is how many times the estimated completion date moved. Sometimes the date would move on the day of the previous estimated date which made it hard to plan out what I was doing because I didn’t know if I would get my car or if I’d have to wait another week. I get that things come up that weren’t expected but changing the date on the estimated day was annoying.
