This was the best and most supportive experience I have had with Caliber Collison. They have always gone the extra mile when we have used them and this time was no exception.Claudia and her team are very quick and efficient and made the stressful situation of the car accident less complicated with their professionalism. We came in for a quote of damages Monday, and our car was repaired, painted, washed and delivered by close of business Wed. I highly recommend them and will go to them for any future needs. Claudia's communication was amazing and updated multiple times throughout the day to keep us informed. Just wanted to say thanks again to her and her team.

It was a great experience in spite of the accident. VANNESSA was very professional and friendly. She walked us through everything and her communication was the best we have had. She let us know what was happening at each step. All the stars aligned and we got out car back in a couole days rather than 2 weeks. They even delivered the car to my mom since I was stuck at work. I couldn't have asked for better support. I Also wanted to Thank Tanisha for communicating with my insurance for quick updates and statues on the process. I highly recommend Vanessa, Tanisha and the caliber collision team. My car looked like new and the stress of the accident was greatly reduced by their team. Thank you again.

They took the money from the insurance company but did a bad job. I completed when I picked it up. She even told me it wasn't right but know sign of making it right
