The repair work was impecable. The car, however, was returned to me extremely dirty and dusty. There were splotches of white caulk on the seats and around the door track on the vehicle. I will need to get the vehicle detailed to remove the spots on the upholstery. Caliber Collision should pay more care to returning the vehicle to customers in a presentable manner.

At the end of the day the time it took to get the car to a ‘as new’ state was well spent. Happy with the end result, just have to get Toyota to fix a couple of software issues.

The damage to the left side of the rear bumper and rear panel was repaired very nicely. No complaints there. However, Toyota malfunctioning alerts started showing up on my phone while the car was at Caliber Oceanside. When I picked up the car I was assured that that had been taken care of. Unfortunately the same alerts started being displayed shortly after I left. I made an appointment with Toyota as advised by the alerts and learnt that a wiring harness in the rear had been damaged (wire ripped out) which caused the alerts. This is a $ 1,400.00 damage (part and labor). Not correct by Caliber to return the car to me after it had been in the shop for ten days.
