The team was absolutely amazing and treated my car with the upmost care. They went above and beyond customer service. They were personable and treated me with the best customer service ever. Work tool longer than expected but that was ok since I knew my car was in good hands. My son passed away during the time my car was getting fixed. I received flowers, candy gift card. They didn't have to show such generosity but the fact that they did really shows what kind of team you have representing your company. You have the best and I will recommend them to everyone. Simply the best. Ken and crew did an excellent job repairing my 2014 Explorer bumper and hatchback. Ken sent updates as job progressed. Caliber worked directly with my insurance company.
