Let me start by saying thank you for repairing my car. After receiving my car I noticed a few things that I was not satisfied with. First thing I noticed is that my door that was repaired does not close as smoothly as it wants did. Secondly the front bumper which was removed for repairs was not snapped back on properly( luckily I pushed it back on and that’s ok now. Lastly there was white residue on the front side of my car which after scrubbing did come of but still not the type of workmanship I expected overall.

When originally contacted, they were super informative of everything and the process that they plan on accomplishing! Gave me an estimated time of completion at the start. When the day came closer it was a little frustrating to find out that I wouldn’t be getting the car back near that date. Besides not really being told about the minor delays the car came back better than ever
