Andy was truly amazing from the very beginning, this was a stressful experience that was made so much easier thanks to him and the front desk staff that helped me. I walked out of there with some great advice and absolutely relieved that everything went so smoothly, as I had been waiting for months for the other person to handle the accident with their insurance. The repair caliber collision did on IKEA from when I was rear ended was great. Not to mention their top notch Customer Service from Andy keeping me in the loop every step of the way. They even brought me my car to my work when it was ready and took my rental car back for me since I didn’t have time to come pick it up. The entire staff was amazing from start to finish. Definitely recommend 10 out of 10.
