Have a scratch where the repair was done when I came to pick up my car!! So disappointed!! Not called or texted with progress of repair. Enterprise loaned me car that had only 1/4 tank of fuel and no owners manual!!

Repairs were done well and timely. Appreciated the regular text updates on progress. The extra effort the Caliber team made to help us get Mom’s car back when we were in-town visiting, eliminating the need to make an extra trip from out of state, was exceptional and greatly appreciated.

Our point person was Andy Aumiller. He explained all of the necessary repairs, answered all of my questions and provided a time line for when everything would be complete. While my vehicle was in the shop, he kept me updated on how the repairs were progressing, when parts came in, etc., and he was able to finish the job a few days ahead of schedule. In addition to being professional, Andy was also friendly and easy to deal with. I would gladly recommend him and Caliber collision to anyone seeking vehicle repairs.
