Andy and the team were extremely helpful I mentioned to him how I appreciated the constant communication and updates more than anything he kept me posted through the whole process and let me know when there were any issues and he addressed them to me, he provided me with excellent customer service really great guy all around and they got my BMW looking better than new. Will 1000% recommend them to anyone needing repairs for their vehicle extremely happy with the service.

the estimate on my car being completed was a lot longer than i expected . caliber assured me it was an estimate from insurance and my car was completed 9days before the estimated time. they kept me in the loop through the whole process letting me know everything up front. after my car was completed they informed me i could turn in the rental to them making my life much easier. i also have a two year old and they helped to transfer car seats and make sure i had everything i needed . they do fantastic work on vehicles and will continue to use them in the future
