I don’t know anything about Body Work so I cannot comment on understanding the quality of that - but the customer service at this location in Oceanside is ridiculously good. The front desk ladies are so kind, authentic and professional. Andy is absolutely over the top thorough in explaining everything, super knowledgeable, really down to earth, positive energy, and just a tremendous personality that made the whole process stress-free even though getting hit and run or needing to do Body Work initially was stressful… The employees at this location and especially Andy deserve recognition. Hopefully I’ll never have to come back, but if I have any other car accident again, they are the easy choice

When I picked up my car, Rosi (my rep) kept me informed during the whole process. My wife asked for an updated version of latest estimate and she got it. Andy had excellent communication throughout the entire process! The truck looks good as new & while we haven’t driven it for long since the body work - its exciting to have all the repairs completed. Great communication, love the partnership with Enterprise for a rental, & ease of service

Slight hiccup upon initial pick up, but issues were resolved came the second pick-up. Car doesn't look like it was ever in an accident.
