I had an amazing experience with Rosi at Collision Caliber! She kept me updated every step of the way, letting me know when parts were arriving and exactly when my car would be ready. She even delivered my car earlier than promised, which was such a pleasant surprise. When I got my car back, it looked brand new—absolutely flawless work. On top of that, Rosi and the entire staff were friendly, professional, and incredibly communicative throughout the whole process. Highly recommend Collision Caliber and especially Rosi for outstanding service!
