They do great work. I apprecjate the guarantees that comes with the work as well. My only problem both this time and last time I had work done was the amount of time it took to fix it. Having other factors like a rental car makes the longevity of the repair a bit more challenging.

They were able to give me updates once we figured out the reason why I wasn't receiving any information in the first 2 weeks of repairs. Unfortunately the communication to my insurance was a bit more minimal. I was able to still have peace of mind with the continued communication they provided to me.

In for minor repair. Caliber repaired it but also caused other minor paint damage to same bumper. Mgr tried to give me the run around to get out of it. Caliber photos show damage wasn't there at drop off. Mgr offered to repair it said would take 3 more days. Can't leave my car another 3 days already 5 days past stated completion. He removed $250 from bill. I coulda pushed the issue but just wanted to get my car and go. Typical deceptive sales type personality from apparently new mgr. Office lady stuffing her face everytime I was in there with multiple snacks strewn around her desk. Had to wait until she swallowed the pound of chocolate in her mouth B4 she could speak to me. Wouldn't recommend this place. On a positive note, Guage Cota was cool and seemed like a decent person and employee
