We dropped our vehicle on May 15. The first text message we got with an update was on May 21st. This was a full week after the appointment started before we got our first update. Repair completion was delayed two to three times with updated ETAs. Commuication was good after that first week fo waiting for the first update. It seems like they forgot about our vehicle and it sat for a week in the lot before someone started working on it. After we got the vehicle back everything checked out visually but when we got home the entire wind sheild container leaked onto the driveway and we had to go back and get it replaced.

The whole experience at caliber was amazing. Everything was easy and flawless throughout the entire experience. All workers were informational and Kind. I picked my jeep up and it was completely cleaned inside and outside along with great craftsmanship on the repairs.
