From the estimate until finished I was happy with the experience.I felt I could trust you. I am very happy with your work and staff. Very friendly from the reception and every phone call. The only that could be improved is when I called to see when the car would be done I got different answers. I was without a car and was changing appointments I had a couple times. It was confusing.. I was checking out the driver side where it was repainted and there is a few drip spots like about 6 to 8 that I can see could have been taken care of other than that the rest is very awesome and thank you for fixing the tail light when I came back.

We weren't happy with how long the repairs took. It sounds like our insurance company was mainly to blame, but I wish you would have been able to plead our car's need for a new qtr panel rather than trying to fix it and then replace it anyway, causing more delays. I was happy with the cleanliness of the car at pickup!
