The PPF job is very bad and it was Caliber’s responsibility to not accept it in that state as they chose the shop and handled the install. I had also asked for original parts but they were not provided. Even some of the rivets are missing from the front wheel fender. I am still waiting for the PPF issue to be resolved and will have to bring in the car again after it was already in the shop for more than 3 weeks. And now I’ll have to arrange for rental again and hopefully not have to pay for it on my own. Overall not a very smooth experience. Hopefully the paint and other repairs hold up.

All autobody work is excellently done. One small problem my radio doesn't come on asking for a code. I assume the battery cables needed temporary disconnected. Simple over look.

Repair took longer than estimated and I felt that the missallignment between the hood and the front cowl should have been noticed before I came to pick up the vehicle. It was immediately fixed to my satisfaction thanks to the shop rep/manager. My other concern was the significant increase in cost over what was estimated. The reason for an estimate is to compare prices between competing shops and get a fairly accurate price. A few hours of extra labor is understandable, but having significant increases in purchased items such as a headlight is misquoting the rrpair. Vehicle appears to be satisfactory at this time and I appreciate the repair and service.
